For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Search, develop and test new stylistics for company projects;

  • Managing a small team of highly skilled artists of different specialties: the distribution, planning and monitoring of tasks;

  • Write feedback and monitor its implementation;

  • Interact with the marketing department, and the head of the art department;

  • Participation in the formulation of specifications for hypothesis testing;

  • Organize and maintain a creative atmosphere in the team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Gamedev experience at least 3 years;

  • High level of expertise in your specialization: environment, characters, UI, puzzle grind, HOG grind or art. This means that your approach to work can be called systematic, and regardless of the complexity of the task you can achieve a predictable result of high quality;

  • Excellent communication skills: you have to be able to express yourself clearly, both in written and oral forms;

  • Excellent soft skills: you will need to find a common language with very different people;

  • Skills in managing a team of artists: the ability to set tasks and monitor their fulfillment;

  • Professional Photoshop skills;

  • Russian language - upper intermediate+.

What would be cool:

  • Experience in teaching;

  • Outsourcing experience;

  • Familiarity with 3D.
