We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in casino content who is ready to take on the challenge of building processes and strategy from scratch.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
✅ Onboarding new partners: overseeing integration, providing materials, and explaining processes.
✅ Managing partner communications: analyzing business goals and ensuring smooth collaboration.
✅ Product promotion: participating in negotiations, coordinating promotional activities, and tracking performance.
✅ Performance monitoring: analyzing key metrics, preparing reports, and reconciling invoices.
✅ Cross-functional collaboration: working with technical and business teams to execute tasks.
✅ Process improvement: automation, service quality enhancement, and trend analysis.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 2 years of relevant experience in casino content.
Strong business communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proactive approach, structured thinking, and ability to multitask.
Experience working with documentation (Confluence, CRM).
