• Strategic leadership: Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and converting market insights into actionable priorities.

• Business growth & operations: Lead commercial and product operations to scale revenue and player engagement while ensuring P&L ownership, budgeting discipline, and resource efficiency.

• Product performance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile products with strong KPIs across engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Team leadership: Build and mentor a senior leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and creative excellence.

• Data-driven decision making: Promote a data-centric approach to product development and company-wide decision processes.

• External relations: Represent the business to partners, publishers, platforms, and investors, driving strategic partnerships and potential fundraising initiatives.

• Analytical mindset: Makes decisions based on data, key metrics, and player insights to optimize product performance and monetization.
