About Refimages

Refimages.com is one of the most professional reference-image platforms for artists, game studios, and production teams.
We create and distribute high-quality reference packs used in AAA game art, animation, and concept design workflows.

Special Requirements

• Strong understanding of what reference images are used for in art production (concept art, 3D modeling, animation, game art, illustration, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of how art communities and the art industry work – ArtStation, Gumroad, Patreon, reference pack culture, artist workflows
• Ability to judge image usefulness for artists (pose clarity, lighting value, anatomy readability, composition quality)
• Experience working with photographers, artists, or creative studios is a big plus

👉 This role is for someone who truly understands artists’ needs — not just general content management.

Special Note on Artistic Nudity

Many Refimages packs are focused on academic figure studies, which often include nude models used for anatomy, lighting, and pose reference.

The candidate must be comfortable working with artistic nudity and able to design cover images that communicate artistic aesthetics and professionalism — without becoming sexualized, inappropriate, or misleading.

Understanding the difference between academic art reference and commercial/sexual imagery is essential for this role.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities

1. Pack Content Management

• Organize and publish new reference packs on Refimages platform

• Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and pack metadata

• Maintain consistent structure across all packs

• Manage pack updates, corrections, and quality checks

• Coordinate with photographers, artists, and Refimages team

2. Graphic Design & Visual Production

• Design cover images for all reference packs

• Create banners for sales, competitions, and events

• Prepare visuals for ArtStation, Gumroad, Patreon, social media

• Maintain Refimages visual identity and branding consistency

• Work with PSD / Figma templates and improve them

3. Community & Collaboration Management

• Coordinate collaborations with artists and studios

• Prepare promotional visuals for partners

• Help run contests, collector levels, and campaigns

• Communicate with audience and gather feedback

• Keep Refimages content fresh and engaging

4. Brand Participation

• Actively participate in Refimages ecosystem growth

• Suggest content ideas and new pack themes

• Help launch new features like Collector Levels or Daily Practice packs
