Website Gamification Manager

Develop and implement gamification initiatives to improve user retention, engagement, and conversion rates

Collaborate with the design and development teams to create engaging game-like elements that align with our target audience and brand identity

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of gamification campaigns, using KPIs and user feedback to optimize performance

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative gamification techniques to keep product ahead in the market

Coordinate with content and product teams to seamlessly integrate gamified features into the website's overall architecture

Conduct experiments and usability testing to refine gamification elements and improve user experiences

Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align gamification efforts with broader business objectives

At least 2 years in marketing, with at least 1 year focusing on gamification strategies in a gambling/betting niche

Proficiency in analyzing user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion data to inform gamification strategies

Familiarity with web development processes and tools to communicate effectively with the development team

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design unique and impactful gamification features

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication for clear collaboration across teams and reporting to stakeholders

Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
