Due to the business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Marketing Strategy
Define and lead the overall marketing strategy for the HyperVR game portfolio.
Evaluate the marketability of current and upcoming titles.
Develop go-to-market strategies for releases, updates, and promotions.
Identify target audiences, positioning, and messaging across platforms.
Marketing Execution
Lead key marketing initiatives including campaigns, positioning, and experimentation.
Work closely with community, creative, and external partners to execute campaigns.
Manage store presence and visibility across platforms.
Brand & Store Presence
Oversee marketing assets including trailers, key art, screenshots, and store descriptions.
Optimize store pages through positioning, tags, and keywords.
Maintain consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
Influencer & Partnerships
Build relationships with creators and influencers.
Plan and manage influencer collaborations and campaigns.
Performance & Reporting
Define and track marketing KPIs aligned with company goals.
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Report marketing performance to leadership.
Marketing Leadership
Help build and structure the marketing function.
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources across initiatives.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in game marketing.
Experience with game launches and live operations.
Experience working in fast-moving environments (startups or product teams).
Strong strategic marketing mindset with hands-on execution.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and campaigns.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with VR games.
Experience with UA platforms (TikTok, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google).
Understanding of the Meta Quest ecosystem.
Experience working with influencers or PR campaigns.
Understanding of marketing creative production.
