SENIOR PRODUCER NEW IP

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are seeking a motivated Senior Producer to join our team. The job will require leading other members of Production to manage the development effort of our new IP, and to ensure on-time delivery of all milestones.

• Work directly with Development Leads to create, manage, and execute project schedules, resource plans, and processes.

• Work with department Leads to properly estimate tasks, as well as create and track milestone deliverables.

• Directly manage less senior members of the Production team.

• Lead the daily management of development efforts to ensure cross-department coordination and communication, task follow-ups, schedule conflicts, and risk identification/recommendation.

• Coordinate efforts across other areas of Production, including Outsource and Marketing.

• Identify issues, propose solutions, and potentially execute on process improvements where appropriate to maximize efficiency across all departments.

• Identify and proactively manage aspects of development that require additional leadership.

• Other duties as assigned by Production leadership.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 7+ years game industry experience with complex game development projects. Must have managed AAA projects from start to finish.

• Extensive knowledge of different project management methods and procedures.

• Ability to adapt to different project management methods depending on the application.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem solving skills.

• Self-motivated, driven individual – able to identify problems and execute on solutions.

• Fluent in English.

• Hands-on experience in a particular aspect of development (3D Art, Animation, Programming, etc).
