SMM Manager

We at Red Rift love what we do, and we are engaged in full cycle game development, and creating game content. Our company was founded in 2019 in Michigan. We are completely remote business with a team of 100+ like-minded people who share the importance of creativity, responsibility for results and boundless love for games. Now we are looking for a talented SMM Manager, who will join the team to work on various projects in our studio.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): StorySpark
• Genres: Simulation
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating and sticking to SMM-strategy and content-strategy (!)

• Creation of content-plan and content (easy one)

• Formulation of technical requirements for designers (harder one)

• Posting

• Moderation

• Analysis of competitors

• Monitoring of trends

• Accounting (in relation to paid posts and ads)

• Communication with a team

• Achievement of KPI

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• More than 2 years of experience in SMM (gamedev)

• Awareness of all things related to SMM (algorithms, mechanisms, trends etc.)

• Creativeness (creating concepts for posting)

• Meme knowledge

• Community management skills

What is important for us in a person?

Will be plus:

• Experience in working (or playing!) with visual novels

• Experience in working with photo-video editing software

• Experience or knowledge in working/understanding AI
