We are going to set more and more ambitious goals, so we are looking for a UGC Creative Producer.

Our future colleague will play a crucial role in driving the creative vision and strategy for our generative AI technology products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive user acquisition.

  • Production of high-quality UGC ads that captivate audiences and deliver impactful results.

  • Develop and manage creative campaigns aligned with product, research, and marketing strategies.

  • Craft clear and comprehensive briefs for content creators, including motion/graphic designers, to inspire bold and engaging content.

  • Review, approve, and provide actionable feedback on creative materials to ensure they align with campaign objectives and industry trends.

  • Adapt UGC creatives for various platforms and target audiences to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Analyze the performance of UGC campaigns, identifying key insights to improve content effectiveness and drive better outcomes.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, exploring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to elevate content strategies.

  • Conduct competitor research to identify trends, creative opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

  • Research and implement new tools and methods to enhance the creative process and improve campaign results.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as UGC Specialist, Creative Strategist, or Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in mobile marketing.

  • Proven experience collaborating with content creators and managing UGC campaigns.

  • Strong English communication skills (Upper Intermediate level or higher).

  • Exceptional creativity paired with solid analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results.

  • Ability to write clear, detailed creative briefs and provide constructive feedback to creators and designers.

  • Passion for social media trends, bold creative ideas, and innovative content strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience in video creation and UGC content production.

  • Familiarity with web and app marketing strategies.

  • B2C marketing experience, especially in competitive consumer markets.
