Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer for a well-known publisher with multiple top-performing titles on the market. The role is for an internal mobile top-down / third-person extraction shooter currently in the early development stage.
The new UI/UX Designer will help the team build a cohesive, intuitive, and deep UX, ensuring high readability, strong usability, and logical interface structure.
What are you working on?
- Genres: Shooter

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Designing UX flows and screens from scratch (without relying on ready-made templates).
Development of screen structure, including:
Core gameplay
Meta systems
Progression
Upgrades, hubs, overlay screens.
Creation of wireframes / UX layouts, transitions, and interaction logic.
Design and refinement of UI components for mobile platforms.
Close collaboration with: Game Designer (mechanics, systems) and Unity Lead (implementation, technical constraints, optimization)/
Preparing UI assets and documentation for development:
Figma / Auto-layout
State logic and interaction flows.
Ensuring UX consistency and alignment during implementation.
Iterative UX improvements based on team feedback and playtesting results.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3-5 years of experience as UI/UX Designer.
Proven experience working on mobile games:
Midcore / hybrid / realism projects
System-driven interfaces (complex mechanics, layered UI).
Strong ability to design UX from scratch, not just create visual UI.
Advanced proficiency in Figma/ Photoshop.
Experience collaborating closely with Unity developers.
Clear understanding of mobile constraints (screen sizes, scaling, usability, performance considerations).
