Configuration manager

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions play daily.

We’re looking for a Configuration Manager responsible for ensuring the successful launch of in-game events, promotions, new content, and features in the live game environment.

The Configuration Manager will work closely with several games team functions to maintain the status of all live events and general live game monitoring and will be in constant communication with the game team and customer support teams regarding issues in the live game.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• In this role you will work with various game team departments: Product, Monetization, Production, and Development, to facilitate the technical implementation of in-game events, promotions, content releases, and features in the live game environment, using administrative tools and data editing while working off of plans provided to you by the game team.

• You will work closely with QA to facilitate the flow of different elements through our development environments.

• As a Configuration Manager at SciPlay, you must be detail-oriented and flexible with working hours as events occur throughout the day.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in tech-oriented roles such as tech opera, tech support, QA, etc.

• Upper-Intermediate+ English

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Team player with great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with another configuration member

• Efficient and dynamic task prioritization

• Able to meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment

• Computer Savvy
