Currently, we are seeking a proactive Project Manager whom we will entrust with the coordination of our projects.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games
• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Building and coordinating the complete project development cycle and timelines;

• Quality control of project results;

• Risk management in project development;

• Organizing the work of remote project teams;

• Optimizing team and cross-team interactions;

• People management of the team: managing communications, motivation, and engagement.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience managing gamedev projects (mobile or hybrid);

• Proven experience delivering projects on time and at quality in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and ability to mix frameworks effectively (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scrumban, Shape Up);

• Experience in building predictable production pipelines and optimizing cross-team communication;

• Confident use of AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for planning, communication, analytics, and workflow automation;

• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday or similar PM systems;

• Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret project metrics, team load, velocity, and production KPIs;

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills;

• Experience working with LiveOps, rapid iteration cycles, and feature delivery pipelines is a strong plus.
